Demolish and rebuild rear extension to dwelling house

Paul Byrne has been given the go-ahead to knock down an existing single-storey extension at the back of his house in Annahean, Carrickmacross, and build a new single-storey extension in its place. The new extension will connect to the existing septic tank system, and the property will continue using its current entrance onto the public road.
