(ii) Construct a new 2 storey extension and single storey porch to the rear of existing dwellinghouse. (iii) Installation of a new window at ground floor level to the rear of existing dwellinghouse. (iv) Retention of existing sun room extension to the side of existing dwelinghouse and all associated site works.
