Planning Permission is sought by Havenfalls Ltd. for an amendment to previously granted planning permission (planning reference no. 22/6627) consisting of changes to part of the permitted site layout as follows: A) The omission of permitted semi-detached housetype ‘C’, ‘Garnish’, and its replacement with semi-detached housetype ‘G’, ‘Garnish #2’, at house numbers 1, 2, 18, 19, 68 and 69 inclusive; B) The relocation of permitted house numbers 63, 64, 65, 66 and 67 westwards within the site; C) The modification of the permitted road layout serving the proposed crèche within Knockgriffin House, including the provision of a dedicated set-down area and revised turning facility; and D) to carry out all associated site development works at Knockgriffin (townland), Midleton, Co. Cork.
