We, JREP Partnership Ltd wish to apply for full retention permission for the following: 1. To retain an extension to the existing bar area to the rear of the existing public house including a stretch tent type roof covering structure, provision of bar, toilets, stage area, exit with steps out to adjoining amenity area and associated site development works. 2. To retain the beer garden to the side of the public house including new gateway and alterations to the boundary wall adjoining amenity area. 3. To retain structures including a pool room, a kitchen area providing food to be served in the public house as extended, and a storage shed, all adjoining the extended bar area. 4. To retain the change of use of the existing residential dwelling formerly associated with the public house to short term letting accommodation including provision of sign to front elevation and internal alterations. The works are located at MJs O’Connors Public house, Tullylannan, Leitrim Village, Co Leitrim.
