The WRC found a driver’s bullying and harassment dispute had no merit after he failed to attend the hearing to advance it. The recommendation was dated 10 May 2024; the merits were not decided. The driver’s complaint said the employer had no bullying and harassment procedures and that he had suffered bullying. The employer denied the claims and attended the hearing. The WRC said the driver had been informed in writing of the hearing but did not attend.
