The Workplace Relations Commission found three complaints by Billy Cullen against Radon Applicator Company not well-founded after Cullen did not attend the hearing. The decision was dated 31 May 2023. Cullen had complained under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act and the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act. The WRC said he did not attend or give evidence to substantiate his complaints. It found that he had not established that any contravention occurred. The merits were not decided.
