The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Jacek Lubinski €2,274 after finding his complaint about missing written employment terms well founded. The decision was dated 12 June 2023. Lubinski said he had never received written terms, and G4S agreed that it had not provided them. The adjudicator found that four weeks’ wages was just and equitable compensation under the circumstances.
