WRC recommends bullying procedure after employer failed to address worker’s complaint

The WRC recommended that an employer introduce a workplace bullying procedure after finding that a worker’s bullying complaint had not been addressed. The recommendation was dated 13 June 2023. Financial redress and more detailed findings were covered in a separate employment rights decision.
