The Workplace Relations Commission upheld three complaints by former National Sales Manager Jim O' Sullivan against Greenway Couriers Limited Greenway Couriers, directing payment of €865.39 on each. The decision was dated 1 August 2023. O' Sullivan said he was promised a week's pay for gardening leave after his employment ended, but was not paid. He also said the company had not given him a contract or written statements of his employment terms despite repeated requests. The WRC accepted his evidence on the wage complaint, finding the deduction was unauthorised. It also found that the required employment information had not been provided. Neither the company nor its liquidator attended the hearing.
