The Workplace Relations Commission found Khaled Eldarrdir’s complaint against Go Ahead Transport under the Protection of Employees (Fixed-Term Work) Act 2003 not well founded. The decision was dated 29 June 2023. Eldarrdir did not attend the hearing on 25 May 2023, while the respondent was present. The adjudicator said notice had been sent to the address on the complaint form and by email, which Eldarrdir had agreed to accept. The WRC said the complaint was not well founded in the absence of contrary evidence. The merits were not decided.
