The Workplace Relations Commission found four complaints by Richard Croucher against Independent Irish Health Foods Ltd not well founded after he left a hearing before presenting evidence. The decision was dated 11 September 2023; the merits were not decided. Three complaints concerned written terms of employment and notifications of changes to working conditions. The fourth alleged that Croucher had not received minimum notice or pay in lieu. The company had raised a time-limit objection to the three terms complaints.
