The Workplace Relations Commission found three complaints by Junior Bidaga against Ocs One Complete Solution Ltd. (formerly Atalian Servest Ltd.) not well-founded after he did not attend the hearing. The complaints concerned his terms of employment and payment of wages. The WRC decision, dated 17 May 2024, concerned Bidaga’s work as a carpark security attendant from 27 October to 27 December 2022. The merits were not decided because he did not attend or have representation at the hearing; the respondent attended.
