The Workplace Relations Commission found Roman Argutinski’s Equal Status complaint against Odessa Estates Property Ltd O'Dea not well founded. The decision was dated 9 August 2023. Argutinski said he visited seeking help with a rent allowance application and was told not to return. The respondent said her engagement with the landlord had ended before those visits. The adjudication officer found the owner had ended that engagement on 23 August 2019 and that Argutinski had been told she could not act for him.
