The Workplace Relations Commission found C.P. Leisure Limited was not the correct respondent to Mary Ward’s complaint alleging discrimination on the Traveller-community ground. Adjudication officer Louise Boyle dated the decision 17 June 2025. The decision dealt only with jurisdiction. C.P. Leisure said it provided the venue but did not organise the event; Ward maintained it was involved in organising and promoting events. The allegation was not decided on its merits, and no award was recorded.
