The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Thermoshield Limited to pay Norbert Rygielski €7,149.00 net for unpaid wages, €1,280.00 gross for outstanding annual leave and €1,600 for not providing written employment terms. Adjudication Officer Andrew Heavey’s decision was dated 11 June 2025. Rygielski claimed unpaid wages and holiday pay and said he had not received written employment terms. The company did not attend the hearings or provide a response. The adjudicator found eight days of annual leave remained unpaid and upheld the wages and written-terms complaints, while partly upholding the holiday complaint. The wages award covered the period considered by the WRC.
