The Workplace Relations Commission found Maureen Gibson’s complaint that Sunbeam House Services Clg penalised her after she raised a workplace bullying complaint was not well founded. A separate complaint under the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 was withdrawn. Gibson said the employer mishandled the complaint process, failed to enforce HR directions and proposed shift changes as retaliation. The adjudication officer found no evidence of a retaliatory link and considered the initial investigation timeline reasonable. The decision, by adjudication officer Breiffni O'Neill, is dated 11 June 2025.
