The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Chantelle Keenan’s claim that Benzar Vizion Limited discriminated against her on the Traveller community ground when she sought a job. Adjudication officer Ewa Sobanska dated the decision 13 June 2025; no compensation was awarded. Keenan said she asked for work in April or May 2024, left a CV and was told she would not be hired because her friends would hang around. The company denied discrimination and said it had no job available then and had not received her CV. The officer found that Keenan had not established a prima facie case.
