The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Anzco Limited (in Voluntary Liquidation) to pay former worker Aidan Davis €2,197 compensation for 13 days of accrued annual leave. The decision was dated 16 June 2025. The WRC accepted that Davis had reasonable cause for submitting the complaint outside the initial six-month period. Anzco did not attend the hearing, and its liquidator had told the WRC there were no available funds to pay employees or creditors. Davis's separate redundancy complaint was withdrawn; statutory redundancy had already been paid.
