The Workplace Relations Commission ruled all three complaints by Roberto Cruz against Boran Plastic Packaging Limited out of time, leaving it without jurisdiction to hear their substance. Adjudication Officer Seamus Clinton issued the decision dated 6 June 2025. Cruz alleged discrimination and victimisation, and said the incidents occurred in July 2023. The company raised a time-limit objection; the adjudicator found no incidents within the periods that could be considered.
