The Workplace Relations Commission has directed Leafwell Limited Le Petite Perroquet to pay Rocio Martinez Serantes €182.88 after upholding her complaint that wages were unpaid. Adjudication Officer Donal Moore issued the decision dated 6 June 2025. Martinez Serantes said she worked four weeks and was not paid for the first two. One complaint was withdrawn after the company paid €441.00; the second, for €182.88, was upheld. The respondent did not attend to contest it, and the adjudicator found it well-founded.
