The Workplace Relations Commission found 19 complaints by Yaser Mohamed Ahamed against A1 Asian Food not well-founded after he failed to attend a hearing. Adjudication Officer Bríd Deering’s decision was dated 23 May 2025. The complaints concerned mobile-worker conditions, employment terms, industrial relations, unfair dismissal, pensions, equality, working time and wages. The adjudicator said Ahamed’s absence meant she could not establish how the company had breached the cited laws and regulations; the decision did not determine the substance of the allegations.
