The Workplace Relations Commission found Yongjian Wang’s complaints against Fun Tech Ltd, which is in liquidation, not well-founded after neither side attended a hearing on 30 May 2025. Adjudication Officer Eileen Campbell dated the decision 18 June 2025. Wang had alleged breaches of the Sick Leave Act 2022 and the Unfair Dismissals Act 1977 in connection with his employment. Campbell found both parties had been notified and that Wang had made no contact before or after the hearing.
