The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Temple Recruitment to pay Jason Clack €560 compensation after finding it failed to provide the written statement of employment terms required by law. Adjudication Officer Eileen Campbell dated the decision 18 June 2025. Clack said he had not received a contract while working as a temporary reach driver. Temple Recruitment relied on a signed agency worker agreement and denied receiving requests for a contract. The officer found the agreement covered core terms but did not meet the full written statement requirements. Clack withdrew a separate complaint under the Temporary Agency Work Act at the hearing.
