The Labour Court rejected Finley Kennedy’s appeal over a working-time complaint against Gavin Ryan and Siobhan Waldron, trading as The Black Pig Winebar, affirming the finding that the complaint was not well founded. The Court signed its decision on 28 May 2025. Kennedy did not attend the hearing, despite his representative confirming he would do so. The Court said it was satisfied he had notice of the hearing and had received no explanation for his absence.
