The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Pjb Management Ltd to pay Igor Stanic €1,568 compensation after finding his complaint about unpaid wages and accrued annual leave well founded. The decision was dated 28 May 2025. The company said Mr Stanic’s work for a competitor breached his contract and justified withholding wages; it also cited a vehicle issue for not paying accrued leave. The adjudicator found no contractual basis for the deductions and no evidence the company had met statutory notice requirements. The company had not established that Mr Stanic lawfully owed it money.
