The WRC could not consider a worker’s two disputes with a digital company because notification letters were returned, leaving it without jurisdiction to hear them. The recommendation, dated 18 June 2025, made no recommendation on either dispute. The worker referred both disputes under section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969. The company objected that it had not received notice or an opportunity to object. The merits were not decided on either dispute.
