The Workplace Relations Commission recommended that an employer take no further action after both sides agreed the wrong employer had been named on a worker’s complaint form. The recommendation was dated 26 June 2024. The employer’s representative said the worker was employed by a subcontractor. The worker did not attend the hearing, but was represented by SIPTU. His representative accepted that the complaint form named the wrong employer. The recommendation did not address the underlying dispute.
