A WRC adjudication officer concluded that Customer-Focused Services Group had acted in line with the agreed terms of a 2020 transfer and could not recommend reinstating the worker’s income continuance scheme or paying compensation. The recommendation was dated 26 June 2024. The Housekeeping Assistant said her income protection entitlement had not transferred and sought its reinstatement and €12,151 for financial loss. The officer found that a WRC document formed part of a collective agreement and provided that the scheme would not transfer.
