The WRC recommended that a worker deem disputes over a verbal warning and a final written warning closed because both warnings had expired. Its recommendation, dated 17 June 2025, also addressed a third dispute over alleged monitoring, accusations, poor treatment and bullying. The worker said the warnings were unfair. The employer said the processes were fair. On the third dispute, the worker had not used the employer’s grievance procedure to raise the later concerns, so the WRC could not intervene and made no recommendation.
