Licensed bar becomes restaurant and take-away with new shopfront signage

Muhammad Riaz wants to change the upstairs bar at 23 Mardyke Street in Athlone into a restaurant and take-away operation. He's also applying to put new signage on the shop front. The bar is currently licensed for drinks service.
