New single-storey house and garage with new farm entrance

Brian Dunne is proposing to build a new single-storey house and domestic garage on land at Clonlost, Killucan, near Mullingar. The plan also includes upgrading the farm entrance to a proper vehicular access, installing a new septic tank and percolation area for wastewater.
