The Workplace Relations Commission found that Maria Erokhin was not entitled to further annual leave pay from Supervalu for her final week of work. Erokhin said she had not received all the leave pay due when she resigned; Supervalu said it had paid her pro-rata entitlement. Adjudication Officer Marie Flynn dated the decision 1 August 2023. The WRC said annual leave accrues by reference to hours worked, and Erokhin had not worked her rostered hours in week 22. It declared her complaint under the Payment of Wages Act not well founded.
