The Workplace Relations Commission found Luke Quinn’s complaint against Amk Hospitality Ltd not well founded after he failed to attend a hearing. The decision was dated 15 June 2023, and the merits were not decided. Quinn had alleged that €257.04 in wages remained unpaid. Neither he nor the company attended the hearing on 15 May 2023, and the WRC said he did not attend to give evidence. The complaint was made under the Payment of Wages Act 1991.
