The Workplace Relations Commission found Jazon Paul Pineda’s complaint against Zulleon Ltd under the Payment of Wages Act 1991 not well founded. The decision was dated 15 June 2023. Neither Pineda nor the respondent attended the hearing scheduled for 17 April 2023, and neither gave a reason for their absence. The WRC said both had been notified of the hearing arrangements.
