The Workplace Relations Commission found Anna Kurek’s holiday pay complaint against Jabil Healthcare was not well founded after she received the payment she said was owed. The decision was dated 6 June 2024. Kurek claimed €929.74 in unpaid holiday entitlement. Jabil later paid her €929.79, including €296.69 for holiday pay and €633.10 as an ex-gratia payment. The adjudication officer said it was not disputed that she had received the outstanding amount.
