The WRC found it had no jurisdiction to hear Paul McDonnell’s annual leave complaint against Bus Eireann because the same matter had already been adjudicated. The decision was dated 4 June 2024; the merits were not decided. McDonnell claimed he had not received his full annual leave entitlement for 2008 to 2011. The WRC found that the complaint had already been adjudicated in an earlier case, ADJ 00031819, and therefore could not hear it again.
