The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) recommended no further action on a worker’s two Industrial Relations Act disputes concerning her dismissal during probation. The decision was dated 4 June 2024. The adjudication officer said the same matters had been considered under a separate statutory complaint and it was not appropriate to consider them again as trade disputes. Both parties attended the hearing and made submissions.
