The Labour Court on 11 June 2025 rejected Bravo Fitness Limited’s appeal as invalid and out of time, leaving a €1,469 award to Bernie Crawford in place. Crawford’s complaint was made under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. The Court said the appeal forms omitted the employer’s name and it could not consider the working-time complaint on its merits.
