The WRC recommended that a shop worker and shop owner accept two earlier decisions addressing complaints about humiliation, degradation, bullying and intimidation. The section 13 Industrial Relations Act 1969 recommendation was dated 21 May 2024. The worker said the shop owner had not done enough to address her concerns; the shop owner said appropriate steps had been taken. The adjudicator noted that the same complaints had already been investigated and decided under two other Acts, and recommended that both sides accept those decisions.
