Restore derelict house and convert granary to residential use with new linking extension

Catriona Jamie Kirwan O'Riordan is planning to restore a derelict two-storey house and convert an old granary building into living space at Doon near Boyle. The project includes a new link extension between the two buildings, a glazed extension, new windows and doors, and removal of an old outbuilding, plus upgrades to the waste water system.
