New house and garage with wastewater treatment system

Paul Brooks has been given the go-ahead to build a new house and garage at Culliagharny, near Ballinasloe, along with an effluent treatment system to handle wastewater. The decision came through in May 2026, though there are conditions attached that he'll need to meet.
